Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order.

Once your shipping label is created, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

A final confirmation will be sent once your order has shipped.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or holidays.
Shipping Fees

Flat Rate Delivery: $8 per order flat rate shipping to the continental U.S.

Free Delivery for local orders within a 5 mile radius of the zip code 37204. Outside that radius, our flat rate shipping fee will apply.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

We reserve the right to change and update our shipping rates and policies at any time.

We ship within the continental U.S. only at this time.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

While we aim to meet estimated delivery dates, we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, Better Snax is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 1 day of the expected delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
Returns and Refunds
We want our customers to be happy with our snack offerings and our service. Unfortunately, because we are delivering perishable items, we do not allow any returns or refunds for unwanted items. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at hello@bettersnaxco.com and we will do our best to make it right!
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to make the switch prior to your order being shipped! Once orders are shipped we are unfortunately not able to make any changes to the items in your box.
